Porn is against TOS. Advocating violence is against TOS as well. Gore is okay, but after you post please add the NSFW tag. Also post it in subs where it's on topic.

Well, banning porn seems like a pretty stupid thing to do if you're trying to grow a user base.

It's always been that way here. It's part of the culture here. There's already enough places to find porn on the Internet. Saidit does have /s/Boobs without nudity.
