That's been discussed at length. It's not appropriate to oversimplify this information with just the numbers you wantto use for your racist narrative. For example, blacks are incarcerated more often than whites, which skews the data on fewer recorded murders by non-blacks. Thus the 41% of homicides by "whites" - according to the FBI - is a much lower number than would be recorded if one considered whites who are not charged for a crime. Also consider white collar crime. You should also know that 14.2% of the US are "African Americans". When you consider economic difficulties faced by the majority of blacks, you'll see that the problem is not race, but class.
