Panzer has been a user for 1 month, so no.

He keeps deleting his account. The original Panzer was from IP2, and he shared really great info on the IP2 sub related to politics and tech. His posts haven’t changed in style, but he has stopped interacting with users for the most part.

I remember the original Panzer ventured outside of IP2 at the same time as I, and he was making the same type of posts for the rest of the SaidIt community.

I could be wrong tho even tho they’re posting the same type of stuff, could be a bot or a completely different panzer at this point.

This Panzer claims to be the same person and in my opinion there's no need to doubt it. As you said, his posting style is recognizable and there are no hints of it being an impersonator.
