Parler's probably dead. Either they don't come back online, or they let Jeff Bezos editorialize every post — either way it's dead.

I dont think so, right now theyre trying to sue and might have a good shot.

All you need to win a court case these days is money, and Amazon has plenty of that.

not always so. They have lots of lawyers but they also have contracts and terms of service. More than likely it will settle out of court for a decent sum giving parler the ability to set up their own infrastructure like GAB.

An out of court settlement is the best I'm willing to consider as a possibility.
