I thought it was DDoS'd by Commies at first, but it was actually taken down by a flood of Trump supporters fleeing Twitter. They're trying to upgrade their hardware, and it might be a few days before it's usable again.

I hope thats true, I hope parler gets back up as well. I dont really like parler just seems like twitter lite but its still better than shitter and that toilet bowl needs the competition.

Parler's probably dead. Either they don't come back online, or they let Jeff Bezos editorialize every post — either way it's dead.

All you need to win a court case these days is money, and Amazon has plenty of that.

not always so. They have lots of lawyers but they also have contracts and terms of service. More than likely it will settle out of court for a decent sum giving parler the ability to set up their own infrastructure like GAB.

    the only thing they would hope to accomplish. to drive people from the platform. They have openly been DDOS's in the past. They do try to make Torbas life hell.
