I honestly felt like the IP2 sub was being destroyed from the inside. It’s changed a lot in the last 2 months. I’m not surprised this day came. It’s sad.. but I understand.

Idk, IP2 is what brought me to SaidIt, and then I ventured outward and saw how great SaidIt was.. this new batch of reddit refugees kinda ruined that too.. Sad days bois.

I agree. There have been sustained efforts to ruin this place from the inside out and outside in. It sucks bc this place was a nice mix there for a while and I really liked that.

I always enjoyed your comments and I agree with you on this completely too - it did feel like we had a nice mix of users (if you ask the new “refugees”, there is no mix - we’re all antisemitic).

We did have some great discussions together, and I really appreciated users like you, zyxzven, koko, Popper, Jesus, Jason, Tom, and a handful more I can’t think of off the top of my head but have had friended from the jump.

I am sad.

We all have our beliefs, similarities and differences but it is clear that there are a large swath of users here, new users, that could care less about the Pyramid of debate. There's them, and then also the whiners who whine about the terrible "anti-Semitism" here, instead of critiquing or debunking this anti-Semitism on their own terms. And then the bots, I saw a lot of them in the beginning posting cut and paste bullet points about how the US and everyone in the US is bashit crazy. I'm sure their was an agenda behind that too.

Me too. SaidIt is best when there are both right and left wing opinions side-by-side, IMO.

It still occasionally happens today, too, but often there seems to be a bias to the right, because the right tends to be more censored online from what I see.

Well crap. I've only been here for a couple of months and I like it here. Yes I get accused of being a goyim and an antisemite in the same day, but that's the internet for you. I hope saidit's best days are still coming.
