Thank you! I know some internet message boards require a little extra before posts can be made (account age, e-mail, reputation). I just needed a test post to see if that's the case.

Nope, you're welcome to post right away. However we do have a restriction that new users have to wait 2 weeks to create a new sub (a sub is for example /s/whatever)
