Well ovaries are in fact testes. Or vice versa testes are in fact ovaries. I wonder if she could take hormones to convert them? Probably doesn't work that way though.

In many intersex situations like those, they're just useless fibrous tissue that doesn't do anything. (This person is very obviously tilted toward female characteristics, so there's probably some ovari-ness(?) going on there)

I'd imagine she's unable to have children because they're testicles and not ovaries. For some reason I remember back in the late 90s early 2000s there was a lot of chatter about Brazilians and transsexuality. Because I believe the doctors never made the choice like it's done here. So you would have a lot of hermaphrodites. I haven't heard much about it really since.
