Sounds like a beat up to me. They give absolutely zero evidence for the accusation. "Oh he couldn't possibly have beaten me fair and square, he must have been cheating... I know, I'll say he was using anal beads!"

He was likely cheating. He's been caught for cheating before and he recently had a random massive spike in ranking recently (through online chess games). It's also unlikely that he'd beat the #1 chess player in the world.

The anal bead thing was likely written just to get clicks.
