IMO, acting normal doesn't necessarily imply being normal.

But when you know how you must act, your anxiety, anxiousness and nervousness levels go down. One does not have to fret over how or what they should do a thing and can focus on what is important, such as the core task at hand.

Yeah, is not that straightforward always. As someone with ADHD, you can get sometimes overwhelmed when you have lots of things to do or in certain situations and also it's hard to follow the logical priority of things/tasks when a specific one is stressing you the most in your head.

You can't just ask neurodiverse people to just be neurotypical, but some can try to, let's say, "get things done".
