I'm on day 150 of nofap. I used to struggle with nofap until I started taking anti parasitic herbs. Microscopic parasites can alter a person's behavior and cause that person to struggle with impulsivity. Rather than having sex with a doll, these people should take anti parasitic herbal remedies and learn self control.
