SOLUTION : Make it a workers cooperative - a worker directed enterprise - then EVERYONE would have a stake in the success of the company and collectively they could manage it better than one person with only profits in mind.

But then Cenk will lose his ownership of his own business.

Remember the rule: whenever socialists talk about sharing, they are never talking about themselves.

A worker coop can take on lots of forms.

Cenk could retain 51% of the ownership, or profits, or have veto power over decisions, or whatever. All of the details would naturally have to be ironed out.

Also it'd be foolish to think they workers wouldn't have to put something in and/or be backed by the banks and/or invest somehow. Cenk wouldn't lose out.

When I talk about building up my coop project I am talking about myself and those who will join us.
