yeah but that means life does matter because it's interesting. For you, the meaning of life is to be amused by it.

A lot of people would commit suicide on a deserted island but not if it's not really that bad.

The only real reason to commit suicide is that death is better than life.

If neither of them particularly matter, well, suicide's just extra work.

no way to know that of course, maybe there's a heaven but probably not and most religions say you don't go there if you commit suicide (islam an exception)

I find it pretty obvious that religions are just stuff invented by desperate men to give themselves some sense of purpose.

I agree, but I think there's many reasons they are made up, that sense of purpose but also to control people, to simply make money off them, to get them to donate tithes or sacrifices. To keep peace. Anyway I'm just glad you're not suicidal. I think the only reason to do that is if one has an incurable illness that causes pain or suffering.
