The issue is the same issue that plagues most online groups. Eventually the more extreme and socially outcast voices will become the loudest simply because they are the only people who will sit around online constantly with nothing better to do. The larger a group gets the worst this effect becomes.

The basic idea of MGTOW is sound in the sense that, you need to learn to be happy with yourself first, then you can be happy with a woman afterwards. Or you can be happy alone if that's your thing. But the key is to take charge of your own life and your own fate and not spend your days thinking about how women are out to get you or how your ex screwed you over. Move on, go your own way, pursue your own goals. Fix yourself and eventually someone will want to go your way with you.

People that realize this spend their time on their work and their hobbies and family and don't spend time sitting around on the reddit forum constantly. Those that remain tend to just want to bitch about women all day everyday, they aren't going their own way and are just wallowing in the past and they definitely aren't going to be happy doing so.

Indeed, and I rather liked the early MGTOW sub. It's nice to have camarderie among men and to help each other work through their issues.

Yes it's nice to have that but you've got to have it in the real world rather than online. Online spaces by their very nature aren't great for socialization. It's a poor replacement for the real thing.

Male camaraderie is better achieved at the bar than the internet.
