At any given moment, somebody in Texas is talking about secession. 😬 And it's not such a bad idea.

Within it's voting bloc, TEXIT, the Texas secessionist movement, has a dues paying membership base placing it firmly in the top ten supported issues in America.

Texans want independence. Issues with far less support have easily passed Texas resolutions in the past.

I support Texas in its quest for independence. I am not a native but have spent over a year there and cherish my fond memories of the state and its freedom-loving people. It is too bad that so many Californians are moving there.

The California migration is worrying but from the one's I have spoken with, they tend to be very conservative. Many even homeschool their kids in programs that are religious based.

Sounds all right then. After the tech bubble burst back in 1999, a bunch them started moving to The Big Island of Hawaii and that area has never really recovered.
