You might not have noticed this but men and women are different and take part in parenthood differently so should have different rights in that respect.

You seem to be seeing rights as all privilege and no responsibility.

Mothers and fathers are equally responsible for their children. The bond between a responsible mother and child is no different from the bond between a responsible father and child.
