I agree. Some vaccines are vastly more beneficial than they are detrimental. But there is also a long history of vaccines that turned out to be harmful (either because of the basic biology or else because of manufacturing defects). We need to be able to have nuanced discussions about the tradeoffs for any given proposed vaccine without the heavily-astroturfed accusations of being an "anti-vaxxer".

Also, vaccine mandates and their erosion of rights to autonomy need to be discussed outside the claims of being "anti-science".
