Yes, it's obviously worded to imply whites. But that's just it, whites aren't the majority. Not globally nor even in many places in the US. I'm white. I live in a majority black city. Is it ok to "direct hate" towards me, according to Reddit?

Someone at Reddit HQ has completely lost their mind.

All of this stuff, this censorship, these cultural revolutionaries burning down the cities... it's a last ditch effort of a dying system. Tomorrow belongs to us.
