That sub is full of a bunch of 40-somethings who don't like their (ex-)husbands very much or at all, are mostly still with them in some form, and are not really lesbians but are bi-curious or using women to spite the men they live with. I'm not exaggerating or making that up just to be an asshole. Some of them were actually offended that I never had sex with a man in my entire life. Somehow that's invalidating to them.

I'm only a "late bloomer" in the sense that I didn't ACCEPT my homosexuality because of so much abuse AS A DIRECT RESULT OF IT. NOT because I decided men suck.

I'm the same as you. Came out late but was never with men. I had such high hopes when I first found that sub but realised quickly that it wasn't for people like me.

Seriously, I got to know some of the regular posters there a bit more in-depth and they were all suburban moms, mostly SAHMs, who had lived something like 20 years with one man and had his kids. There is really no way you or I could even relate.
