I love that phrase, I always mentally translate it to "you're so fucking retarded I'm amazed that you can draw two breaths in succession without having to be reminded by someone how to do that. You're evidence of the existence of a God, because only frequent divine intervention could explain how've you managed to live this long on your own. And now you've come to gift me with the fruits of your mental deficiency in the form of an opinion/action that I never wanted, but will smile and put up with anyway because rocking your head back with a punch instead would be considered abuse of the handicapped."
