mHm!

It's hard to argue with such a powerful and truthful perspective
but a lot of people have already been manipulated by materialism
some shallow folks figure out ways to put a dollar sign on everything

Or by the idea that anything not for profit equals Communism. This statement is spot on though, not everything in society needs to be profit driven.

How is that communis propaganda working for the people of China? How about North Korea? Venezuela? Cuba? Vietnam?

Funny how every single county who lives by your ideals is a complete shithole.

I agree, but what I don't understand is why so many of you commies are obsessed with consumerism and worshipping big corporations. You should be boycotting those industries, not supporting them while complaining about them.

Exaclty! I have seen first hand how some people have chosen to spend money on cell phones, cable television, vacations, fancier vehicles or houses than needed, cigarettes or other drugs: instead of saving money for emergencies or investing in things like health care plans or retirement plans. Burdening their neighbors through selfish materialism. For those who propose to throw other people's money at the problem instead of getting their hands dirty trying to help their neighbor are contributing to the problem on a generational level.

Socialism is absolutely necessary for a functioning society, but becomes counterproductive, and even destructive to society, the instant participation becomes mandatory.
