How the fuck did they dare to throw this case out?! This isn't even a "he said, he said" situation, but the victim have a witness that CONFIRMS his count of events and they throw it out because of what? The assalient have some "SeXuAlIty fEeLs"?!?!?! He even admits to kissing the victim, which when it's between adults often are a sexual thing, and still tries to claim that "he wasn't sexualy attrached to his colleage". I really hope that somelne picks up this case and that it goes to trial.

None of this surprises me considering where it comes from.
This is the same country that covered up decades of men raping and trading children all because they were worried it would stoke 'Islamaphobia'.

Smythe mentioned that his squadron had assigned a special washroom to be gender-neutral for him in an effort to accommodate his non-binary gender identity.

I dont underastand how "I didnt feel like I was in a male space" = "I had to be male." Shouldnt it be the opposite?

What a bullshit defense. The only bigger load of bullshit is that people heard it, agreed with it, and acquitted. The guy even admitted to doing it. But since the man he touched "wasn't even that hot" it was OK.
