This is absolutely delightful, Jules. Wouldn't it be perfect for the cover of a book on lesbian history? (Or, yanno, lesbian-and-bi-women history... wish the gender-jerks hadn't ruined "sapphic"-- such a great word! And so well-suited to bringing the L and us female Bs together without creating an amorphous blob.) And yes, the joy of those two women is indeed infectious (in the best possible way!).

Sigh. I really do wish we had a term that encompassed lesbian and bi women that wasn’t tinged with TQ insanity. Sapphic just sounds porny to me me after seeing so many AGP dudes use it. WLW was good but now it just makes me think of creepy straight guys.

But, yes. I hope these women had a really good life together. I’m just sad we didn’t find this a decade ago when I could’ve learned more about them.
