That's not how any of this works.

The attraction to her is from the waist up, but it can also be from the waist down.

Sure, I guess they're attracted to her broad, manly shoulders, big man hands, big man jaw and big ol' Adam's apple.

That act doesn't indicate a sexual orientation it indicates an attraction to the person.

I see, so now my sexuality depends on the other person. I didn't have sex with a child, my lady, because he identified as an adult. The act doesn't constitute a crime.
