Well, this guy is a very famous conservative Twitter diva in the U.S. and his style of humor is to ridicule leftists by quoting their own beliefs back at them in an absurd manner. It's intended as mockery, it's not an expression of his own beliefs.

Yeah that's pretty much him in a nutshell. What's funny is that Psaki went after that reporter, essentially saying "men can't get pregnant"..and plenty of the reaction was the usual "yaas kween"....but others were "psaki's a transphobe." Amazing stuff.

Therein lies the joke, I think. The reason I felt the need to say something was that it was presented without context. You can't take that tweet at face value, as true as it is.
