Even patients themselves want a higher standard of care than what they're being offered by the 'hormones-on-demand' model. I don't see how you can possibly assess a person's physical suitability over the phone.

Oh wow, I missed that one. God... Might be worth doing a post eventually that has a run-down of likely medical complications and conditions that transed LGB people will end up having in droves in a decade or so.
