I remember when even the idea of allowing your child to "transition socially" was considered insane, and now the idea is not only widely supported but pushed by people with actual power.

I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but children do not have these thoughts and feelings on their own. The language is being taught to them and the fact that this is downplayed makes me so angry. Is it really different than daycare SRA hysteria? By that I mean the questions being asked by the adults were leading, false memories were planted, and LBR some kids will see an opportunity for attention and run with it.

I have absolutely zero respect for any parent who supports or encourages this. Be a fucking authority figure and let your kids like the things they like without being told it's because of xyz. By their logic I should put my kid on "hormone blockers" since he likes nail polish, MLP, Britney Spears and wants to grow his hair long. It's not like those things could have any other explanation, right? Oh, he also had a phase where he wanted to be called a girls name but it lasted less than a week and there was a reason behind it that I can't even remember now because it was so inconsequential

It's straight up child abuse, and anyone who says otherwise is brainwashed or trying to sell you something. The return of the rigid enforcement of gender roles is not the progressive movement it's presented as.

When I was young, I worked in a day care center that was also a sort of lab where the children were studied. This was decades ago, back when children were encouraged to be who they were, regardless of their sex (The Good Ol' Days).

There was a boy who wanted to be a girl. He was allowed to - everyone, including his parents, let him do his thing. About a year later, he went back to being a boy.

Now, he would have been put on puberty blockers and "affirmed" as a girl, despite being pre-kindergarten. It's a crime what the gender lobby is doing to these CHILDREN.

Yes! I remember a picture of Shiloh Pitt popping up where she looked "like a girl" and that's how I found out the TRAs had spent all this time considering her one of them because as a child she wore suits and liked to be called John. Adults were legitimately upset about it, and even treated it like she detransitioned. Very pathetic.

Which is exactly what should be done. TRAs convince people that every GNC "trans" child who isn't 100% aFfIrMeD is facing some sort of abuse which is false

I read that from her birth Shiloh Pitt was positioned to be a boy by her parents. So when she, relatively recently, started presenting a more "girly" appearance, it did shock a lot of people.

IMO, she's just proof that kids are extremely fluid, and, as many studies have born out, confused kids become more comfortable in their sex after puberty. Which is why the gender mob want kids on puberty blockers before they have a chance to figure out that they will, eventually, be happy in the body they were born in.

As a cynical Brit, I admire the US can-do attitude. The American dream, the idea that people can be anything they want, is liberating and wonderful. But it has a downside. The idea of the self-made man or woman is taken very literally in the US, and accordingly a lucrative market for those who wish to change sex is booming.

Bruh, Europe is the home of evil scientists. The US capitalizes off of European experiments.

one of the most dangerous things we never factored in is that heterosexual parents would prefer a transexual (fixed) child over a gay one. I've seen so many posts celebrating their new "straight" child. I thought heteros would laugh at this as insane but i guess they'd prefer society join in on the delusion they have a straight "normal" child instead of a gay one? It's not like the transexual one can have children but i guess successful blending helps hide away the homosexuality.
