I always knew that I was not like other girls. No, not that sexist stereotype that all young women are the same and that I was uniquely different… But rather that I could never relate to girlhood.

It's very "i'm not like other girls" of her to think she's not like all those girls who think they're not like the other girls.

At this point I'm convinced having a "not like other girls" phase is standard for any girl in the first world

Honestly that's legit. My "not like the other girls" phase was: "Wow, I'm not like the other girls because I don't care at all about boys! That must mean I'm more mature." Hahahaha...

I immediately thought of "not like the other girls" too, even made a comment about it before reading yours.

It's always funny when I think the same as another comment here before reading the other comment. It really shows how obvious some things are yet they pretend not to see.
