It's inevitable that HRC would be pushing trans. Their organization needs something high-visibility to do in order to stay relevant. Keep the money flowing and the people employed. Organizations very rarely say "Welp. We achieved our major goals. Time to pack up, and go home." They've done some good work, and there's more good work to do, but they picked the wrong battle on trans.

American political parties need to get their shit together, both the Democrats and the Republicans alike. As well as the third parties; they need to be more competitive and pay attention to local elections.

And yes, Irish political parties also need to get their shit together as well. Political parties in most countries are fucked up.

The way we do voting is the biggest problem. Because everyone only gets one vote for one person, then if there are a bunch of good candidates, they'll end up splitting the voters. Have you ever ended up voting for someone who wasn't your favorite candidate because you wanted someone else to lose? That is proof that our current voting system does not work. But no one will have both the ability and desire to fix it. This shitty voting system benefits American Democrats and Republicans because now they know they don't need to worry about 3rd parties and 3rd parties never get voted in, so they can't fix it if they wanted to.

I do not see a way to fix the government through legal means. Everything the constitution allows requires politicians to make a decision that hurts politicians and helps the American people. That will never happen, so what's left?

This year has proven local and state elections are sometimes more important than federal elections. That hasnt kept everyone, voter and politician, from neglecting school boards, town councils, mayorships, state legislatures, etc.

I researched my school board election, only to find that a couple of "Progressive" candidates had teamed up to force their "Progressive" agenda on the school district.

I assumed that "Progressive" agenda included forcing gender ideology down young throats, so voted for the candidate who was completely out there, but seemed like a good and intelligent person who believed in biological sex.

Which reminds me that I need to call the school board and tell them to fuck right off with their gender madness.

School boards are really difficult to deal with cause they don't have any official ties to parties, but they all clearly have an underlying ideology. Additionally, they will endorse just about any reform a super puts in front of them in the name of "consensus," that and school boards often get voted out if they can't agree on an issue...

There's a conservative US group called Mass Resistance that goes after school boards that push WOKE stuff on kids. It's so sad that "Progressives" are so blind to the mind rot being pushed on our children by the US educational system.

I think that you're right about superintendents: The Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction, a true dimwit, wrote an Op Ed in the main Arizona paper asking Arizona legislators to allow boys to self-id as girls and compete in girls' sports.

The US education system is just an absolute nightmare of bureaucracy and maliciously selfish professionals. Unions make any actual reform impossible but school boards and supers get in trouble if they aren't seen as reforming, so it's just a vortex of meaningless "reforms" that never improve anything.

I'm sure you know this, but the National Education Association, the US's teachers' union, co-sponsors with HRC an annual reading of I AM JAZZ, (transgender celebrity TV star) book to school kids across the US.

IIRC I AM JAZZ is read to kids pre-kindergarten to 5th grade - talk about indoctrinating YOUNG minds into gender ideology!

I keep thinking of the Pink Floyd song - "Teachers, Leave those kids alone!" - teachers are becoming Bricks In The Wall...

This wouldn't be happening if white people weren't controlling everything. I honestly didn't support the focus on same-sex/gay marriage when Obama was office... it was something gay white (older) people wanted more than anything. White liberals will always find a way to push white supremacy & racism to the side. If it doesn't center and benefit white folks, white liberals find something that does. Interracial marriage benefited white folks. Affirmative Action benefited white women. Hell, voting rights benefited white folks... black voters vote for whites.

Scott Wiener, California State Senator, representing parts of San Francisco - corrupt piece of shit.

He is pretty much the person behind the crazy California gender ideology laws - thanks to the aptly named Wiener, in California misgendering is a crime punishable by jail, and men can self-id as women and be housed in women's prisons.

According to an investigation of Wiener's funders, he takes money from the Gender Lobby's Big Pharma branch via Gilead Sciences, sponsor of the first Transgender March on Washington DC. According to this investigation, Wiener also takes money from nefarious real estate concerns.

Scott Wiener is truly a piece of shit, and the fact that he refers to himself as the lgbT representative in California's legislator, as if he's not sabotaging LGB by passing these heinous pro-T laws guaranteed to backlash on gays, should cause everyone to want to drop the T and Wiener.

The cost of living is going up and up and up, the streets are getting dirtier, and the homeless situation is getting worse and worse, and every attempt to solve the problem has backfired on them. Pelosi has only made it worse. I used to go there semi-frequently. Now, you can't even pay me to go.
