As a trans person, I don't get upset by the term "perferred pronouns", but just "pronouns" is more accurate.

As a straight person, I do get upset by the term "genital preferences" because "sexual orientation" is correct.

Can the phrase “sexual identity” die a slow and painful death? Sexual orientation is a reference to the sex you are attracted to romantically and sexually, relative to the sex you are. Now they’re just making it “sexual” as in “erotic” and lumping us in with fetishists. How is this progress?

They really need to let this "identity" thing go. We are not our sexual orientation, our sexual orientation is just a small part of us, it doesn't define us.

I hope one day it just suddenly becomes meaningless and disappears like "problematic" and "trigger warning" people just feel too cringy and embarrassed to use those anymore.

For a long time I tried to identify out of my sexuality. I hate the way trans rhetoric just drags back those negative thoughts.

That first link you posted is freaking amazing. A bunch of people pretending to be outraged about a different bunch of people who have posted a list of who to harass, meanwhile they are on a sub that was created for the sole purpose of posting targets and subs to harass and getting subs banned. The cognitive dissonance. Wow.

The Reddit Admins support Bardfinn's and AHS' shenanigans. I think it was redtaboo, an Admin, who told someone to basically back off of Bardfinn in a ModSupport post when Bardfinn was acting like a Reddit employee. No moderator nor subreddit should be above the rest.
