Because it's important for young boys to have good men roles while growing up. Simple as that. And the same goes for women. Education from a young age, men need to be more present. Unfortunately, in many cases, it's still the women who does lots of the work.

And now, considering the example of a school's staff. I definitely think it should be the male staff members to handle male bullies and female staff members to handle female bullies. So schools should have in my opinion, staff from both sexes.

Even though I think you're overestimating the importance of role models (and specifically role models of the same sex) in determining a child's behavior, I see your point now. Thanks for the clarification.

You're entitled to your own opinion, of course. But truth is that I see lots of adult males occasionaly behaving in a totally inappropriate way around kids/children and I can see how children, in particular boys, would imitate or assimilate those behaviours of male counterparts and think "it's cool". I'm pretty sure that if adult males behaved more decently and showed good ways of behaving, boys would grow up to be much more responsible and not expect women (like their girlfriends, for example) to take care of their problems and be their "mommies". Because this is the still the reality in many houses, unfortunately.
