Was this person saying that intersex men/women are nothing and can't be men/women, thus, if we don't allow men to call themselves women, we also can't be considered anything but less than human?

Of course I can't say for sure without the (no doubt idiotic) context, but, basically... yeah; that'd be my guess. Since "intersex" is so often taken to mean "third sex"-- rather than male or female with a medical condition affecting sexual development-- it's gotta be both (hermaphroditic) or neither. So there's no such thing as an intersex woman. Or so the reasoning (such as it is) goes, I'm assuming.

But hey... aren't they saying that "trans women" aren't REALLY women either? If not men, then some weird "other"? As though "trans" itself is some "third sex?" Oh noes! Transphobia! REEEEEE
