I saw that. I don't want to believe the worst, but... paraphilias come in clusters, and there is a solid chance he has autogynephilia as a MtF living in the U.S. at this point in time and passing as little as he does (and AGPs tend to have more trouble passing than HSTS). So pedophilia is not out of the question. I really hope that's not the case, though; I need to read up more on paraphilia overlap.

To be clear, while pedophilia crossed my mind, it wasn’t the main impetus behind my comment. Rather it’s that he will be treated as an expert on “trans kids” and give credence to that myth.

Is it just me or does transitioning when your kids are still small or teens makes it extra gross. Like you waited so long, wait until they are adults to deal with dad growing boobs and wearing nylons. Being a teen in todays world is hard enough no need to make it more difficult.
