Having internal testes and a micro penis doesn’t miraculously give him a functioning vagina instead.

Anatomy basic here: we all start off with a vagina like area. When a fetus gets exposed to DHT it makes it seal up and turn into a penis. That's why penises have that line on the underside running down the balls like a seam. It's where it sealed up.

Semenya doesn't make DHT, so he's almost certainly got a vagina. It's probably not connected to anything, and it may be short or narrow, but he'll have one.

It's quite normal for CAIS males to have one.

That’s no more a vagina than saying men have breasts because they also still have pointless nipples. Foetuses also look like tadpoles for a while but we’re not supposing that we’re actually misshapen adult frogs are we.
