A categorical misunderstanding of "lesbian porn." Obviously made for straight men. But the fantasy isn't that the actors are lesbians. It's that they're bisexual. That the two women are so overcome with lust that, in the absence of a man, they can't keep off each other. Then, as the consumer of this porn views it, they inject themselves into the fantastical scenario and the lust of the women turns to him.

Not necessarily. Perhaps some "lesbian porn" is like that, idk how much, but I thought some of it was more like-- "look, here's a lesbian but she is secretly craving my dick" in which case it is about lesbians, or "turning"/converting lesbians to non-lesbians. I agree that bisexual women are very much fetishized though, and it's just as gross.
