r/thathappened.

In no way does a phalloplasty resemble a real penis. If plastic surgery had advanced to that degree then you can be sure that a Google Images search would reveal the marketing materials promoting this genius/miracle of modern medicine.

There is no way you can reconstruct the complexity of a penis, especially since the penis is not just what you can see. It is an organ that is part internal and part external.

The penis is composed of different elements with a very particular structure, and you can't reproduce that in surgery, at least not yet.

It may look like a penis in picture, just like neovaginas do but they are not the real thing either, far from it.

LMAO another homophobic trans fetish fantasy.

The Arm flesh roll on a woman's crotch is so convincing even gay men think it's a real penis. Fucking hilarious. That only happened in her deranged fantasy world.

That part I had a hard time believing.

"Am I the asshole for lying to get sex from a gay man and essentially taking away his right to consent UwU?"

Girl, you're the high-priestess of assholes.

*Edit: Also to add, unless the guy didn't interact with her 'dick' at all, surely he'd notice something was off when he saw the person he was having sex with had to essentially pump his balls to get a hard on?

It's hilarious and gross how TRAs equate honesty with "disclosing your eNtIrE meDicAl hiStOrYy" as if procedures and treatments with direct effects on your sexual organs have no more relevancy to a sexual partner than a car crash or an old dog bite. If they weren't all virgin teenagers and mentally ill shut-ins I would wish karmically undisclosed herpes on all of them.

They think whether or not you have an appendix is the same as whether or not you have a vagina 😂

"i understand why you'd want to stealth"..."i stealth as well"..."nothing wrong with being stealth"....all these trans ninjas running about thinking nobody can spot them a mile away.

What they say: I'm stealthing, I pass as a guy, this is going so well for me, I've been transitioning for longer than this (3 day old) account has been alive! :)

Reality: I feel like an idiot because all I've done and ever intend to do is steal my cousin's shirt and ask my internet friends to call me Parker, but if I can tell half-truths and coax other girls into transitioning I might feel better about it without having to do something uncomfortable and humbling like telling my friends I made a mistake or apologizing to my cousin.

Whatever it takes to convince yourself that the "chaser" who seems to be into you really does think you're cis.

Either the now ex-boyfriend must either be blind or not the sharpest tool in the shed. The mastectomy scars are a dead giveaway. And he can't tell a surgically-constructed phaux-nis from a real penis? I'm not even sure that this is a real post.

Edit: That reddit account has been suspended.

I am afraid to ask because I don't want to see any pictures.... When they create an imitation penis for a woman, what do they do with her "front hole" as they like to say? Are they giving her a full hysterectomy so that she won't need her vagina for her period, so then do they "sew it shut" or some such horror? This has probably been discussed in great detail and I felt ill and ran without reading it.

Do they give these women imitation balls?

Everything about the male body is a different shape, the square hands, almost no hips, the longer ring finger....

Unless the man she was trying to trick was very young with little experience, I don't see how all the hormones in the world could change a female body so that it could fool a man. Maybe in a photo, but not in bed.

Are posts like hers just made up for validation?

Vaginectomies may be a part of reassignment surgery, yes

they can extend the urethra, which I've not heard of any shining reports of it working well and not having to have more surgeries/major complications.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phalloplasty https://www.goldjournal.net/article/S0090-4295(19)30543-6/fulltext chances of complications of the extended urethra were higher, averaging 55%. The most common complications reported were:

Urinary fistula (hole) requiring perineal urethrostomy Urinary fistula (hole) with conservative treatment Urinary retention (from stenosis or narrowing of the new urethra) (Erectile) prosthesis change (from complications) (Erectile) prosthesis explantation (removal of the prosthesis without replacement)

Ok setting aside that he’s admitting to raping this guy... cause that’s too fucked up to properly address. He isn’t “stealth” or “indistinguishable” from a normal guy cause his bf noticed his scars and asked...

10000000% fantasy. That's all this will ever be transmen, and you know it.

For comparison, here's their post over on AGB... aka that mean subreddit: https://archive.vn/zvntp

Interesting to see their account was suspended. Maybe for being a troll, maybe for admitting to coerce others. Either way, it was good enough to get support from the TRAs.

Also, troll or not, it's always funny when people make these "I'd like to hear your different opinions on this subject" threads when in fact they mean "you should have this specific opinion on this subject". Gosh, at least be honest about it!

[–]8bitgay 19 insightful - 1 fun19 insightful - 0 fun20 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

So, uh, following this logic, why do they complain again? I mean, if transmen are so indistinguishable than how could they be rejected for being trans?

There's this bizarre contradiction between "we're victimized for being different" and "we're exactly the same and pointing out any difference is bad".

Edit: also, on another subject. I find it funny they say it's just irrelevant medical history. Just like a papercut (their words to compare it to a papercut, not mine)! Sure, because we create identities about having papercuts, we create whole communities about papercuts, we discuss the issue of papercut extensively, we go through large long lived emotional distress because of papercuts...

"phalloplasties are not all the same and you can not tell in some instances"

I'm pretty sure I'm going to notice if a guys has to pump his nuts to get that air pump going for his dick... just saying.

A man who has had his penis for his whole life isn’t going to be able to spot a “neo-penis”? Oooooookaaaayyy. 🤣

And yes, you are definitely the asshole, and more.

I think not being flat out honest with someone else in a relationship is by itself, not good.

Keep tellin' yourself that lol

Stealthing is idiotic. Tell the truth as early as you can. You will get rejections but a lot of people out there are actually seeking out a relationship with a trans person.

I have a gay play partner who actually would love to date a transman.

And I know a straight guy with a dick fetish (yeah, I know) who would definitely date a pre-op transfem.

SO PLEASE DO NOT STEALTH.

And no, he is not transphobic. He just cannot process it. And it's not working out for him. Period.

Edit: if "he" even exists
