Twitter account is female so can't be him.

Throwaway doesn't seem like him either, posting style isn't similar from what I could tell. Plus his last post was made after this account was made. Could be wrong but seems unlikely to be a sock.

The salamander is a symbol for detransitioners. A lot of accounts on twitter of detrans people have it.
