Can you explain why a neopenis is not a penis even if it's realistic?

If it's a "neopenis" it's not realistic. They will never function the same, they will never FEEL the same. And even men who are unable to produce sperm, or for instance the John Bobbit's of the world who lose their penis somehow, are still male. The penis is not THE be-all, end-all descriptor of what makes a male a male, but it is one of the fairly important parts.

I mean I've seen some people who have horns grafted into their scalp. Actual bone horns. Does that make them a deer? Can they now 'identify' as a Cervidae?

What makes a man a man, or a woman a woman is MUCH deeper than the skin. At a molecular level we are different and coded one way or the other. There is no third option. There is no way to change one's chromosomes. There NEVER will be.

I think you first need to prove the premise of your question. Can you post examples of a "neopenis" that you believe is realistic? Also, for context, are you a biological male or female and what biological sexes are you attracted to? Leave "gender identity" out of your answers.

Funny that you mentioned cultured meat. Do you know how that is made? What they do is get baby cow fetuses, taken from slaughtered cows who are pregnant when they are killed, and stick a needle into their tiny hearts while they are still alive to drain off their blood and then sent it to the lab to use to grow this cultured meat. Do you really want to eat lab grown meat after knowing that?

As for creating a realistic penis that's a sci-fi fantasy. It's not possible, and it won't be possible in the any currently conceivable future. The current process is mad scientist levels of crazy that no one should be allowed to do.
