Don't be sorry, fix yourselves!

Of course, the US doesn't do that OR apologize, so you've got us there

Don't apologize for him, but I would suggest your country do something about him...

Also, another reason to not to Canada is the Bill C-16, known as the "go to jail or get fined for 'misgendering' someone"...though I am not so sure how accurate that is because I read articles saying the opposite lol.

Maybe a Canadian can shine light on that?

Say what you will about Jordan Peterson, but he evicerates everyone on the Bill C-16 issue. "But you don't go to jail if you violate the law!" You're right, you only follow the guidance of the Ontario Human Rights Council which is to be fined, and if you don't pay any fine, you are eventually threatened with jail time. It's amazing how intentionally dense people are.

Hahah yeah! I was reading an article trying to take apart Jordan Peterson's argument.

I am rather neutral with JP, there's points I can agree with, such as gender identity related discussions but some I cannot, such as his views on atheism. He said something about athesim not making any logical sense or that there were no "true" atheists because everyone "believes". He had a debate with what's-his-face-atheist Dillahunty who's part of the TRA cult so...no winning for us(atheists).

I don't quite understand his religious views. I was listening to his lectures on Genesis and he basically said "well we don't believe in [God] anymore." I think he's agnostic, but idk. I do think that atheism is itself a religious belief, and I myself am rather atheist/agnostic.
