I don’t get the AGP loons. So many aren’t bad looking dudes. Like, if they went to therapy and worked out their delusions, they’d have no trouble finding a straight girl. Was he also not a victim of sexual abuse as a child? Or am I imagining that aspect? I am sure there was something going on like that, which I think might help explain his porn hangup. The rationalising of abuse takes many forms. Some healthy others not so much.

I’m pretty into lifting and used to be into bodybuilding. You’re definitely right. Women straight up can’t get their arms to look like this without roids.

Depends on what you’re doing and where you’re starting at. I was really skinny when I started and saw changes in a couple of months. I’ve known women who’ve had to work longer and women who’ve gotten definition quicker than I could.

If you stay consistent and adjust your diet, you’ll look pretty fit. (The people who looks shredded are usually on food, supplement, and training regimens that most sane people don’t want. lol) Food is the hardest part.
