Not sure why the rant because this is exactly what I said too. We want to included in wider LGBT+ community, the alphabet soup as you put it (where A is often replaced by "ally", yay) and I respect your need for a separate label.

As an asexual I can only express that I truly hate to be grouped with that trans and non-binary stuff. I wish our group was completely separated and distant from that infinite genders stuff.

Seeing ace subs on Reddit there isn't a lot trans agenda thankfully but whenever there are activist groups raising awareness for asexuality it's always grouped with trans and quirky n-by stuff...

No ranting here. Just awareness that there's no such thing as an "LGBT+" community. It takes more to make a community than throwing a bunch of people together who have little or nothing in common. Without their permission, I might add. What makes you believe you can speak for all asexual folk in this matter? I would never claim to speak for all Gay men, much less Lesbians and Bisexual folk.
