Reasons why they hate her...

  1. She is a woman.

  2. She got herself out of poverty, abuse with her own two hands.

  3. She is a woman.

  4. She is a woman.

  5. She is also... a woman. A successful woman with talent, money, and even some authority when all is said and done.

She pissed off the Catholics with Harry Potter, and now she pissed off the TRAs with reason and common sense. I love her. I'd give her my firstborn, but I am never giving birth.

Also I like that some people are like "I'm nOt BuYiNg AnYtHiNg FroM hEr BeCaUsE i DoN't wAnT tO SuPpOrT HeR".
And I'm like... you DO know this woman has lost her billionaire status because she gave away too much money to charity... ?

She is an uncancellable woman that has seen much much worse.

That's just stupid, they don't hate her because of the evil misogony Bogeyman. They simply hate everyone not giving them 110% devotion.

There is a special vitriol for women who speak out. John Cleese went terven recently and he hasn't faced the kind of backlash JK Rowling received when she just liked a few tweets or posted something innocuous in support of Maya Forstater and the existence of biological sex.

Seriously, if people think Rowling is getting cancelled because of misogyny need to re-evaluate their worldview. They're cancelling her because she's not bending the knee. They tried the exact same thing with Stephen King over his diversity comments.

This is about being under the boot of a movement for political power, I'm not saying that the movement is about women's empowerment. But if you think this is all about "I hate women" you need to take off your feminist lens.
