Have to admit, I really like the blue one, and the second black one.

i think we should keep the 'dot net' upright as an exclamation mark.

SAIDIT!

the blue one is really pretty. good ps skills.

Agreed. Some of these are pretty cool, but I like the .net as an exclamation mark too. I might consider the 2nd black one, or blue one, or orange one, if they had the exclamation mark style

Yes that orange one is neat, maybe useful in some subs. The silver one is cool, but it has poor contrast and at small sizes is not clear and crisp so cannot be used as a logo, imo

That's cool, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about show shiny the letters and the silver frame are. They're silvery and reflective, this look is not good for a logo as it is too complex.

fair enough, but it's not too readable even now.. further, i think people are not really into reading logos. a good logo must be harmonious and pleasing to the eye, these ones with the flat '.net' feel unbalanced with that empty space on the right. a good solution is to ditch the '.net' completely and just use the exclamation mark instead.

i mean everybody refers to reddit as reddit, not reddit.com and everybody says google, not google.com anyway.

yes, it's really very nice. i just like the .net being placed as it is now more.

The dot net was a reminder so that folks would not accidentally try dot-com.

Making it into an explanation mark was a clever way of trying to minimize yet keep it.

I love all your treatments - except for the .net change.

The new dot net changes the empty space balance within the speech bubble and is no longer an exclamation point.
