Well, yeah, they are. They're significantly less healthy bodies than before they transitioned and are going to be dependent on medical care for the rest of their lives because of it.

I'm struggling to find a way where that isn't a bad thing.

Right? I'd like to find a polite way to say it, but nah: "trans" bodies are LESSER than a natural, healthy body. All bodies with medical conditions are lesser than bodies that have none, by the virtue of the fact that they need more care. Milo seems to be wanting to make it a moral judgment on the person themselves, which it's not. The fact that they need care implies we should give them care. Unless you have a mental issue, you would want to have a normal, healthy body that doesn't require a lifetime of treatment.
