TiMs get a stomach ache and think they're experiencing period cramps, so this isn't surprising.

By this logic, we should tape tampons to kids' scraped knees and apply tampons with pressure for more serious wounds. Get rid of sterile gauze and surgical sponges, and just slap on some Tampax in every situation where people bleed.

Tampax is still on this? Sigh. I try to avoid their products but I find there often aren't many better alternatives in my local pharmacies.

Have you thought about switching to menstrual cups? I switched years ago and never looked back.

Have you tried cloth pads or period panties? They're the best!

Ladies, if you are looking to boycott Tampax, I highly recommend menstrual cups.

This, in spades. Personally, I find a disc works better and is far less fiddly. It's just squish down to tampon length and shove. Plus there's a lower chance that you sucker punch your cervix when the cup opens up from the fold. The lumma has a silicone string, so you're not required to fall into a yoga pose and fish it out.

Ooh, I had not heard of menstrual disc before. So it's like a menstrual diaphragm. That's cool.

Who needs Tampax when there are so many alternatives?

Damn I want to boycott all P&G products but it is hard when they make fucking everything! At least no feminine products from them, I didn't really anyhow I usually buy generic when I have to and I want to get away from disposables anyway. (Just got mine back after two years due to pregnancy and breastfeeding).

You may want to check out menstrual cups. You can use one cup for years, so it is better for the environment and your wallet.

I had one before but I did have problems with fit but they didn't have nearly as many options then. Also I heard having a baby can help with that.

I have been homeless and had to use whatever including toilet paper and actual rags. The struggle is real. I feel for those who deal with that on a regular basis.
