It is progress but the court stated that the question of whether one’s sex can be changed is a "hotly contested" matter of public concern rather than a conclusively answered question that is only doubted by a minority of postmodern extremists. We will have to prove biology is real instead of it just being deemed a fact. That is unnerving since scientists have caved so much to the woke crowd. TRAs will have no problem finding some scientists willing to say that sex is a fluid, malleable spectrum. But maybe we could get a Scopes trial out of it to publicize the absurdity.
