Unfortunately, I cannot even fault people for that in this instance. Liberal feminists are the ones I've seen pushing TRA arguments hardest, and many liberal feminist organizations are promoting gender advocacy. This is being pushed as a feminist issue by many of its proponents. In fact, I myself grew alienated by a lot of mainstream feminist media in recent years because of it.

The TRA movement is a double-edged sword; it erodes women's rights while at the same time stigmatizing feminism to the uninitiated as crazy and irrational. It sucks.

I mean, that's no coincidence. Women truly know how sexes are not equal, while a lot of of men are very oblivious about it, many of them don't even know about the pay gap. Hence, feminism is the true enemy of gender ideology because no one can just hop from one gender to another, or lack of it if the genders are not equal, that's why it angers feminists. We have fought and fought for our rights and image and some women to say they are really men or some men saying they're a woman because pretty dresses or some women to say they disclude themselfs from womanhood because of misogyny? That is outrageous. The truth is women are fucked and they have been that way since always and for some man to say "mmmn I'm gonna get me some of that" is just uuuugh. Being a woman is not 'fun' it's who you're born as.

They're also calling those who might get offended "Karens." These people don't have any idea about who is actually in these social groups lol.

They know that at least some of the ones in those social groups are women. And that it's culturally acceptable to insult women by calling them 'Karens.' I doubt most of them have given it much thought beyond that.
