Oh come on don't be an asshole. Blair is upset they can never have a child of their own. It's a process everyone goes through when they find out they are infertile. They are venting and talking how they as a couple dealt with it and are now talking about adopting. Blair was not informed that blockers and hormones makes you sterile.

Blair just got the terminology wrong. The very first seconds they say they went off blockers to get dna to have a child. Every time they say dna they mean fertile sperm.

It is extremely clear if watch the video that is what they meant. You are being misleading on purpose. I'm all for shitting on genderwoowoo but this is not the thing to do it with.

Also fuck your ageist remark. It's a perfectly normal thing to think about wanting to have kids at the end of your twenties and early thirties because you are still young and full of energy and you have more chance to see your grandkids get born then when you have a kid at 40. Almost everyone thinks something simelar in their twenties.

More like Blair got the BIOLOGY wrong. Because transgenderism is at best ignorant of, and at worst outright hostile towards, human biology. That is the ENTIRE FUCKING PROBLEM. Since they demand that the rest of us follow suit. So forgive me if I'm less than sympathetic when this bites one of 'em in the ass.

Male and female are just about whether you wear makeup or not, and what kind of plastic surgery you get, duh! It's not as though they have, like, significance for, oh, I dunno, making babies or anything!

"Transwomen" have plenty of spaces (god knows) where we're expected to kowtow to them and their fee-fees; is it too much to ask that THIS not be just one more of 'em? Please?

Actually i call Blair she all the time because frankly i respect the time and effort they are spending defending JK Rowling and calling out the gender cult. I also respect Blair that she takes the relentless amount of shit and stalkers and threats they are getting from all over and not back down. It's a lot more than a lot of GC people have done or will ever do. Transexuals have always existed and i always treated them as human beings. Just because now there is a cult and transtrenders doesnt mean i suddenly am going to shit on the transexuals who defend women and are my allies.

I used the they on purpose here to avoid some extremists having a hissyfit just like TRA's about pronouns but it seems trying to be neutral is enough now to get piled on and get weird PMs so fuck it.

I'll call Blair a she from now on and just watch the meltdowns with popcorn. Have a nice day.

Calling a man a man = shitting on them?! Men are men. If they have a problem with being men, that's very unfortunate for them. Doesn't make it hateful to embrace reality and use sex-based pronouns. You may claim to oppose the gender cult, but you're still accepting their brainwashing of what's an insult.

I don't believe you should have been called out for using they. I do it to avoid the stupidity of TRAs about pronoun use. Still, think about what you're saying by calling a neutral descriptor disrespectful.

Im talking about this entire bloody thread.

No im someone who shared concerts and parties with transsexuals in the 90's and they all were wonderfull people. And i can still see the difference between a decent person and some narcissistic assholes.

I'm sure it must be wonderful to see the world in black and white and lose all sense of nuance but thats how we are in this fucking mess in the first place so forgive me that i refuse to act like the mirror image of a TRA and swing full extremist view the other way. You want to think that makes me brainwashed well i got some news for you man...

I will call out bullshit when i see it and this thread is bullshit.

Spend time calling out shit that actually matters and behaviour that is insane not some kid who is trying to be a good person, who is an ally, and who found out they will never have a child of their own

I have no strong feelings either way about this thread generally. It is sad that Blaire can't produce sperm. It would have been sadder if he could, and he used it to impregnate a surrogate. I like Blaire 90% of the time, but there are bigger tragedies than his life and problems that he brought on himself. I do think it's worth discussing the issue that trans-identifying individuals like Blaire are being lied to or not told the whole truth about the side effects of hormones. Probably a more useful discussion than getting upset about sexed pronouns.

The fact is that i still am capable of seeing some trans as actual people. Kids that have been groomed by a cult and misled by doctors. I don't see all of them as perverts and rapists like some of you do here. I am uncapable of thinking black and white.

And this attitude right here is what is setting the gc movement back by miles because some of you are so eager to attack everything trans and everyone who is not 100% GC everytimes , all the time . I acknowledge some trans people are homosexual and transitioned because of homophobia or grooming. And while I feel sorry for them, homosexual transwomen should still not be allowed in women's spaces. Bathrooms, shelters and such are divided by biological sex, not sexuality. If they feel threatened by men, then they should try changing men's behavior, not women's.

Being a woman is not an honor to be conferred upon a man because he grows his hair out and wears a dress. Nor should defending an innocent woman against a horde of psychos honorable enough to alter one's sex either. Women take incredible amounts of shit from TRAs, up to and including being assaulted, deplatformed and fired.

GC people treat trans people like human beings - we just don't believe that they're the target sex and refuse to pretend that they are. You'd be amazed how warm and polite people can be and not make any reference to sex or gender at all. But, people who are so caught up in their fantasies of 'being' the opposite sex seem to overlook this.

No one's having a meltdown. We're simply saying that men can't be women. And...the hissy fits come from the handmaidens and the TRAs.

I was like "where are all the smart GCs I interacted with before, did everyone in this sub lose their minds?" when I saw the comments needmorecoffe and others left underneath u/MarkTwainiac's post. Mark's done so much to educate the tras, both in the sub on reddit, and here, and yet these people that call themselves "GC" but are actually tras (maybe without realizing it, but can't be sure) attacked her. This is absolute madness.

I'm not a tra . i am involved in severl GC movements and ive been suspended from reddit, twitter and other sites several times because i am GC.

I just think sometimes you need to remember you are talking about people and kids who are in pain. It won't kill you to realise not all trans are TRA's that hate women.
