I'd hardly call her eyebrows "bushy"!

Haha, no me neither, but I've seen some where they don't wear any makeup but still seem to 'paint' their eyebrows to be wider and bushier, maybe because they think of it as making them seem more masculine. Or maybe it's just a general trend, I'm older and not into makeup so dunno.

I'm probably older, not into makeup or eyebrow shaping, plucking, painting, threading, gelling & whatever else it is they do to eyebrows nowadays either. El's brows in that photo look ordinary & quite nice to me. I get the impression she probably has brushed or combed them to get just the right look. Her lips look remarkably good too - plumped, not dried out at all, no flakes or chapping or indication she's been biting them, and her lips are so perfectly shaped & such a have a uniform lovely color and just a touch of a sheen that I suspect some pricey (and perhaps slightly tinted) products are routinely applied to them. Same goes with her skin, which looks very well cared for indeed - smooth, uniform coloration, no blotches or blemishes, no circles under the eyes. I don't think El is spending any less time looking in mirrors, paying attention to grooming or using fancy products than when El was Ellen.

You're right, looking at the pic again, it does seem almost to perfect, like a 'no make-up' look, and I agree with you, I don't think the Hollywood actress skin care regimen is going anywhere. This supposedly effortless transman aesthetic is nowhere near effortless or spontaneous.
