If I ever did have a patient like you describe, I would get terfed for suggesting the bacteria in there aren't BV bacteria but gut and skin bacteria requiring a swab and very different antibiotics. Or that the odour they smell isn't bacteria that don't belong like in BV, but he natural smell of whatever tissue it is in there. Like the hairballs. Not allowed to say it's hair bc phobic. Have to pretend it's a foreign body.

My job is to take care of my patients but when true language is violence it becomes almost impossible.
